ARTIST'S RIGHTS & PROCESS
☁ I observe fair use laws regarding copyrighted media. My intent is not
to claim the source material as my own but to honor my fellow artists’
creations, and as a result not all of my fanart can be legally monetized. I will remove fanart-based products at any creator’s request☁ All digital use of my art must include credits to my original work or else risk a copyright infringement claim☁ My art may not be used for personal projects (such as tattoos, digital icons, and tracing) without permission, nor for AI & neural networks or commercial use (including NFTs)☁ Commission clients should fill out an order form, and I will respond with a quote for the order and clear up any questions before sending an invoice. I reserve the right to decline any client’s order for any reason, and problem customers will be blacklisted from ordering my art altogether☁ Once the invoice is paid, I'll check in with a first draft. If the order is under $100 then it will be paid now, or it can be split into several payments if higher. Once the client approves the sketch and pays their part, I'll continue until the piece is finished.☁ Typical turnaround for a piece can range from only a few hours to 3 months depending on the art's complexity, personal health, and day-to-day events. I try to give clients regular updates, but don't hesitate to reach out if I'm falling behind!☁ Commission clients will receive an unwatermarked, full-resolution file and may use these pieces for any personal use that they wish. Commissioned art that is posted to my socials may not be used by viewers without the permission of both myself AND the original client
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
☁ My prices are based in USD, but I accept international payments and shipments through PayPal! Cryptocurrency is not accepted.☁ Payment plans are available only for orders over $100☁ Orders under $50 must be paid in full after the order is confirmed. Orders larger than $50 require half the client’s payment due on order, and the other half must be paid after the first check-in is verified by the client unless a payment plan is in effect☁ Shipping fees for physical goods will be paid by the client☁ I DO NOT issue refunds after the check-in draft has been approved in most circumstances, please be extra sure you have the desire and funds to order!

☁ Please read my ToS first!☁ I can draw any race or species, but plantfolk, object-heads, and robots/mecha may be simplified☁ Commissions are currently first-come-first-serve☁ Pieces are typically 1000x1000px in 300dpi resolution, resized as needed. Different resolutions can be made by request (such as those for banners and digital icons)☁ The base price will be multiplied for each extra character added to a piece (ex. 2x price for 2 chars, 3x for 3, etc.)☁ Complicated character designs, extra limbs, and backgrounds will cost extra. A quote will always be calculated before the payment invoice is sent☁ I'm always open to questions via my email or discord DMs; messages on my social media platforms can get overlooked.
